The Legendary Voice of the Cross comes back to life on the Latest Single off the CHURCH 777" Mixtape from the clean Rapper Himself. On the track titled "WHY WORRY" Belect infuses samples of Voice of the cross into a contemporary beat and instrumental orchestrated and co produced by the enigmatic dhecade and features EVG d great. The Song addresses the hope Christians reserve in the power of prayer. The hook delivered by the Voice of the cross poses a question across to christians in a part of the chorus asking "why worry when you can pray" and the later part admonishes believers to trust in jesus. The Voice of the Cross is a musical duo (brother Lazarus and Emmanuel) who churned out gospel music in the 70's and 80's. They recorded and released many songs that later became regular worship songs in churches and Ministry. Their music falls into a wide genre. B elect, rapper, writer and artist extraordinaire crowns
his rap side as it
is known to us with a strange twist this April.In a very

say “right turn”, B elect releases a 7 track mix tape
titled Church 777,the
last offering.
This is a close follow up to his rapcore album “hard
listeners which
dropped late last year, accompanied with some of the
more creative rap
videos you will see in these parts.
B elect and his sidekick Brotha Lee while daring into
new terrains with
upcoming shows “Real rap Tv and an accompanying
radio show challenge the
status quo of creative video making with the videos
for his tracks ‘bring
back the musik’ and the more recent star-studded
“love and war featuring
soap actress Ina Erizia and award winning rapper M-
Thrill.
